Book Review– Label 228

Bomb Chicago just received a copy of Label 228, a book assembled by Camden Noir featuring hundreds street and graffiti artists’ sticker art.  Noir put the word out that he was taking submissions of  stickers to feature in a book and asked artists to submit some of their street art on priority mailing labels.  In a short amount of time he had received over 1500 original pieces of art from more then 600 different worldwide artists.  This book features some of the “best” stickers he received.  Great concept, fantastic artwork, we love this book!  Only complaint, would love to have it available in hard back.  Definitely don’t sleep on this as I’m sure it’s a small and limited release.  And who knows, you may even recognize some of the artwork from your travels.
