About NBFNBF currently lives on the south side of Chicago. He spends most of his free time these days between his girlfriend of 10+ years, his dog, and taking photos of the urban landscape. He's currently slings drinks at one of Chicago's premier neighborhood bars. He moved to Chicago from rural Michigan to attend U.I.C. back 1995 and has stayed put since. One thing that fascinates him about the city is watching the continual small changes that take place on the streets . "I've always been intrigued (since moving to Chicago) in watching the subtleties on how the city is in constant flux. They seem inconsequential at first but piling them up over weeks, months, years, they become truly astounding. I've wanted to document these subtle changes for years but wasn't sure how to approach it. I think by combining the three mediums of graffiti, architecture and photography is an interesting and historical way to document these changes." He also owns a keg-o-rator.
